Functionally very similar to v1, but scaled down significantly. Still just as destructive and laggy. Ideal for penetrating INSL fortifications. Uses no CLN or BCLN. QRTZ replaced by COAL and CO2 replaced by NBLE.

@NuclearBaby It feels at least a little cheaty, but only after seeing those no CLNE factories. I wanted to try making a bomb without any. It's more like a personal challenge for me. Figuring out the amount of GLOW I needed to ignite the EXOT was a fun problem that I tinkered on for a few hours. I might eventually try some BCLN stuff, not sure.

Good job so far. Keep going, interested to see how you develop on this. Will you ever use breakable powered clone? I've had success with it, and it doesn't feel cheaty to me as long as you avoid things like SING.
