The Nemesis class is heavily armed but does not have strong armor, in return it is very manoeuvrable and therefore good at hit-and-run attacks. (I will update the deco in coming days)

    It would seem that attacks with proton weapons are very effective in the bottom rear of the ship.

    A very well made ship! I find that the most weak point in the design is the engines. They are unarmored my INSL and proton weapons deal much damage. Another weak point is the top front cannons. It does not destroy the core but it causes fire to spread through the ship. Shooting the engines with proton weapons eventually does destroy the core.
