I just now fixed the jump timing issue by adding some delays to that operation to give time for ram address B to load into register B. I did this in a very janky way, and I may want to sorta refactor this setup.

or maybe i did~? i added some delay in the cycle through the control signal pathway n that may have affected things, but i don't think it was in the right place for that conditional jump. I'll be working on that and an input register in not super long.
