I kind of stopped paying attention to this after uploading it. I just reuploaded it fixed. Apparently the fill wifi bits were deleted for some reason. -

The filling system doesn't work. I fixed it by destroying the fill system and instead of powered clone I added clone. If you give me permission I can post the new version of the hydro dam.
