help_what_im_doing: This isn't a wargame save. This *was* supposed to be an average city - on stickman scale as opposed to pixel scale like I usually do. I don't really care about the FP stuff. Just don't downvote for no reason other than this being a wargame.

wargame map saves are just the average city or map save under a different sauce, just stickman added to it
