My criticism of this is the same as your Tambora recreation: the eruption is over after the first explosion. Additionally, it fails to capture the landslide that happened in real life, though I recognize the attempt to recreate it. I'd suggest implementing a delay of sorts, that would allow the landslide to start before the eruption begins. Otherwise this is quite good, and there's much potential here. No-vote for now. -
