It uses polonium boxes to create neutrons, which get converted to photons , which become electrons, which electrolyse the water chambers creating hydrogen and oxygen which passes through detector walls to finally make electricity.

    the reaction which makes water into hydrogen and oxygen is kind of rare, most neutrons dont become photons or after becoming one doesnt get to the BIZR

    by the way, before you say it doesnt work it doesnt constantly produce electricity
