    Protons are only the most effective if the alloy isn't overstacking-resistant. It would probably be better to have INSL as a top layer, or VIBR.

    BHOL is in no way indestructible, and anyway, CONV is more powerful than it. It's not cheating. Anyway, both of the things you said are correct.
