first press the upper button about 1-3 times to make a little crack then on left fill it with oil then use fire on the oil in the powerplant to start the heating then incrase the size of the crack by pressing the upper button again and enjoy

you should try adding some insulation (INSL, in the electronics tab), a lot of the heat leaks out to the environment but besides that good powerplant +1
