Of course! Anyone can add a technology to either civ. That was the main purpose of this. (Secondary was so people could make competing multiple civs.) -

agarkantimes 16th Jul 2024Protip: When in doubt, consult CIV6's tech tree, Wikipedia, or any site that gives a list of technology in chronological order. Those can always help. (Right now the tech tree is Tools and Homosapiens.)
