    bernardching: all non-solids in TPT move randomly. If it was IEEE754 magic, you'd get the same result every time you refresh it.

    My guess for why the outcomes are different, even though they all have the same initial setup, is due to the way gas particles(fire) move and how powder particles collide with each other. Floating point error might also play a role here.
