Uranium reactor by merlin538
Control rods are floored by default. you'll have to start it yourself. I skipped the turbine part. The contrast with the ceramic was killing me, i had to change it.

but maybe not, you can limit the coolant amount enough. -

try and have a relief valve for steam. I noticed that steam clogs the system up and no water can get to the rods -
