deut inhibits growth of GOL, dmg spreads the deut around. this is good for stopping explosive rules (doesn't work on every rule tho bc some have bits that survive) also DO NOT USE WITH NEUTRONS (or do if u are a maniac!!!)

    This could be improved by giving each particle a signifigant amount of VX and VY to let it spread out more, but it would take a while for it to do that.
