um, I dont want to sound rude, but your saves are not very high quality. they have disadvantages inherent in a typical beginner: 1) the use of signs. In most cases, signs in saves look ugly. Its better to install a texter (I recommend the texter from bizod) for neater text in saves. -

that's pretty cool, could i own the right side fourth floor appartment ? probably filling it with crates of fireworks and explosives stored dangerously on top of eachother next to a gas tank. -
