*the fact that I am building a mine at x413 y239 means that due to the fact that we did not have time to expand in those territories, the construction of the mine at x419 y233 was canceled even before it began

Research has allowed industry to expand and towns will grow faster. New mines in the west have found much higher amounts of coal and iron. The research combined with new resources has created a new steel factory in the city.
