You're going to need a lot more CRMC between the PLUT bomb and the HYGN to delay the fission heat enough to make the HYGN fuse instead of burn (it needs to be at 50 pressure before it gets to 2000 C) and you have to encase the whole thing in a thin layer of TTAN to concentrate the pressure enough.
