aCreativeAndroid: 50meters, around the size of an Earth corvette.It looks like a plane but is capable of switching it's air breathing engines to rockets,then to fusion for interplanetary.The antimatter reactor can produce tons of power,but explodes with the equivalent of 100 when self-destructed or hit with a very lucky railgun shot. -
