  Create a fleet at our islands, have these ships sent to intervene against the capture of the Hiyusk Republic with the goal of "protecting peace on arbolio and performing continued trade with the nation of Hiyusk". We will send a request to kit first demanding they leave them alone or have peacekeeping forces intervene. Otherwise just keep progressing on my previous orders.

  Once the launchpad is complete launch a prototype inter-solar probe/satellite and launch some satellites detailed below: Geologist 1-10: Satellite Equipped with simple spectrometers, cameras and heat scanners - Scientific Research - Encrypted transmissions back to kilburn Coms sats 1-10 - Simple Communication satellites with (guess what) communications arrays - for communication mostly government and scientific data transmissions, Heavily Encrypted, equipped with anti-tamper devices.
