Quite strong bunker material by CharlesWZJ
You can use it as a single part of a bunker you are making. It isn't very strong by itself, but is strong when used in a bunker with other materials. Can withstand some kinds of bombs.

INSL stops getting more effective after it becomes 2 layers thick. Fire can spread to INSL through 1px gaps even if those gaps are filled with something like CRMC. Do with this information what you will.
