This is the TCUR (Triple-Cycle Uranium Reactor). A "safe" reactor that uses glow, water and glow again cycle (along with 2 water towers) to produce electricity. Note: warranty voided if instructions for use (non-existent) are not followed.

    SpaceyXL The stop position is with the bars almost completely up (not very safe due to gravity). Anyway this thing is not very safe and efficient in general xd

    fatal flaw: if the rods are inserted, the reactor is stuck in a thermal runaway, even when loops are active
