Update: I added a Rift to the roof of the building thingy. Just note I have only seen a rift once from a bit away in bolotky village so it's kind of bad/maybe innacurate.

The game is Into The Radius, a really amazing game that you should absolutely get if you have any vr headset besides the google cardboard.
