    improving the NUM too big thing before the fix if 4th 3rd rom out in decoder 1 it would say num too big because this decoder only goes from 0 to 9 not 0 to 10 above now with my new and gate fixed it more! also fixed register made it 12% more compact and well thats it

    true very true but planed to make a 8bit and at some point a 16bit version too
