    this is not a computer, it's not programmable and basically is just a switch memory with 7-segment display attached.

    As far as I can tell, this isn't a computer, it's instead some memory attached to various displays with some switching logic. That isn't a computer. A computer must, well, compute. This just displays its input at a later time. Plus, this is nowhere near a Turing Machine, the "ideal" computer, which all computers must be loosely modeled after to be really considered a computer by most of CS.
