I discovered this while fooling around with plut and e-wall, basically what i think is that the ttan takes away the presssure where the plut is sitting and prevents it from exploding or melting.

    well I think if ttan blocked pressure then there wouldn't be neutrons flying around because plut didn't mini explode, big amount of plut has big heat capacity so mini explosions don't heat it up as much to melt ttan, it will eventually explode if pressure didn't decay
