Agriculture: Seek out wild Bidens roaming near our northern borders and transport them to our more populated areas. Tame, and breed these beasts in high numbers and use every resource on their body for whatever they can be used for. Cultivate all edible flora we can find in large numbers, and research simple pumps and irrigation for more sustainable crop production.

For anyone who actually is interested, nationwides like Galaina last for upwards of a few years, anyone who isn't ready to potentially dedicate several hundred hours of their life might want to reconsider if they want to participate.

also if you do get onto the waiting list (I don't know if any people will get added to it), this is only the northern hemisphere, and it would be advised to ask to join in the south to avoid getting destroyed or enslaved immediately
