Just noticed there's also a 1 frame delay on the addressing system. It's caused by the LDTC going up and then down. 1st it loads in the LDTC 2nd it loads in the address line and your input goes in 3rd everything else loads in but the LDTC was loaded before the address line so it takes till the next frame to accept the address that was input.

thanks alot this is my first ROM, i will try making it programmable with basic instructions

When I load up the save the aray isn't ordered right and doesn't fire thus making the addressing system break. This issue might have been caused by the fact that I'm on mobile at the moment, although I'm not sure. I have been able to myself fix the problem, the ROM works fine. Good work +1
