  @Maticzpl Agreed, but subframing is harder and since this is capable of using an 8 frame clock and has no dead frames (input signals that arrive during a clock signal are processed during the next clock signal) this solves all timing/clock issues if you use it so synchronize sensor/user signals. My FPGA Clock (id:2936237) for instance only uses a DLAY in the 7-segment display and one to generate the clock pulse.

  Subframe gates have the advantage that you dont need to worry about a clock
