@Simple_rocket_man , this was always meant as more of a sci-fi art/city rather than an accurate approximation of a modern-day refinery. Or maybe the oxidizing part just happens off the screen. -

There is a lot of fuel for sure, but where from do you get oxygen or any oxidizing agent like fluorine in such a place -
