    Resources: We start gathering wood, grains, animal leather, meat, copper and tin (Mineral in very low levels, as we grab the mineral near the top mountain and not the ones inside the caves). Also we start to make granaries, plantaions and farms to prepare for the winter.

    Policies: Expand eastward and settle near the mountains, these expeditionists would be tasked with setting up mining bases in these mountains, we would also make roads to create a clear path to these expeditionists. Send another expedition team west, build 10 ships filled with enough food to last 1 weeks, livestock is to be carried also.

    Resources: Hire specially trained persons to find better materials and come up with designs. These persons will be given adequate resources for their inventions when they seem useful in a certain field.

    Infrastructure: Upgrade trans city roads from dirt to gravel. Install signs on corners, use light brown wood colours to assist in visibility during the night.

    These pipes would also have sectioning off points when water isn't needed, and excess water would be redirected to rivers, village wells, or other farm land. These pipe would be fed by 20 metre diameter water wheels, these wheels would be put at low incline areas of the pipe system to redirect water to higher inclinations. Start breeding blossoming plants with other species.

    Agriculture: Use long wooden pipes to feed inland fields, these pipes would use gravity to reach farm lands and the most optimal angling would be used to ensure low cost and decent water speeds.
