You have not reached the island in the east yet, you have built a port next to Tarragona, you cannot currently train 800 people in the military, you are planting rice and making windmills, you are making military equipment.

You have established a midwifery academy, you are breeding crops to increase yields and you are improving mining and mettalurgy methods, increasing resource income.
