    Expansion: expand towards the nearest coast, connect the nation's borders to the lakelands with a new network of stone roads. continue to expand into mineral rich areas of the desert ring. Government: make sure all advisors of the monarch are trustworthy. allow Orders to vote on policies to enact within that order. further expand the palace. Development2: improve architecture, create plans for buildings. all buildsing must have a sturdy and efficient design.

    Research: research clear glass, lenses, the bessemer process, ways of automating casting and steel production. work on steam power and gunpowder. use carts and rails to haul material from mines. give the order of scholars much more funding and expand the university. catalog diseases and their cures. perform more vivisestions, begin performing them on criminals and sinners, in public. improve pumps. continue to work on artifial fetilizers. discover evolution.

    Development: expand mining efforts in the desert ring, extend the road network so it connects every mining town with a stone path at worst. resettle the unemployed to mining towns. expand towards the gold deposit. build refinaries within mining towns. ensure every large settlement has a school inspect schools to make sure the students are being educated effectively. use printing presses to mass produce books and maps, with a focus on educational material. improve sewage systems and plumbing.

    Policies: Build more roads the further connect cities, setup the largest marketing area of the nation in the capital. Hire more law enforcement. Buildings specifically for travelers will be built in the capital, but they will pay rent for a room.
