  Start colonitzating the terrains shown in the discord, incorporate the natives found to my civilitzation, keep cutting down trees, cut the rice, make new rice fields, build channels from the sea to the rice farms, start building pritive schools, search for good alchemists and make them reaserch for gunpowder,also reaserch steampower and machinery, apply a capitalist model to the society and FORCE them to acept it, ban slavery and those who do are required to work in the rice fields for 10 years.
