    Begin mass recruitment of workers, employ them for research, factory, or construction purposes. Construct shipyards and build large cargo vessels for trading and transport. Find ways to make mills faster and more effective. Research rubber or some similar technology for tires, further hygiene methods, with things such as basic hand sanitizer, better water quality, using water treatment plants and piping systems, and larger kites that can carry a light human (under 100 pounds).

    @LightningBMW you are improving mountaineering gear and expanding into the mountains, you are creating mines under the mountains for rare metals and are constructing a tunnel through the mountains, do note both of these projects are very risky, you are researching steam power and have improved gear systems, however you cannot make steam powered machinery and vehichles as you must complete steam research first, i don't understand this system, please elaborate on discord.

You are building more schools, you are mass producing porcelain and ceramics. You are increasing mechanization in agriculture and increasing automation of fabric weaving. A mass colonization/expansion effort has begun. You have finished researching steam power and electricity.
