    I saw this thing in a science museum where you step on a pad and it shoots electricity up.

    @Exxion , yes thats a Jacob's Ladder, one of the MOST DANGEROUS ghost junting equipment ever invented. I've seen one. It's cool to watch the sparks fly up.

    Jacob's Ladder, I think. With that, the arc actually climbs, though.
