    technically 7shotsolo is corect about it being hard to tarn a interstellar civilization from another interstellar civilization you know... even tho the scale of surveillance he suggests he has is ,let's say, incredibly hard to archive, it's hard to prevent interstellar crafts ,industrial planets ,and large structures of purified materials like steel,to be spotted from a civilisation that's on the lookout for them.
