Not QSERF, It's second ever dark matter reactor built in Dark Matter Research Facility to see it's economical feasability. To start up the reactor, turn on everything except for p.vent. To shut it down, turn on p.vent then shut down all PLs and wait.

    also when turning off the core make sure you keep the gravitational lasers on until all neutrons are gone
