    erm.... plutonium is not a compound... it's an element..... you can mine compounds... where do you think we get iron? compacted uranium is just very cold/dense uranium.... and plutonium only kills everyone in a 15 mile radius if you have exactly the right mass, smash it together into a critical mass, and use the right isotope of uranium.... e.g. Uranium235. sorry for shitting on you like that... just do your research before you make a statement....

    plutonium cannot be mined because it is a compound uranium is mined because it is a element plutonium is uranium compacted so many times i is very dangerous effects and could kill every one in a 15 mile radius
