A tiny bomb I made that's effective. The outside is made of GLAS to enclose it, then the next layer is aged DEUT, with ICE and then a NEUT. It launches DEUT then turns it all into NEUT. Age the whole bomb to 2147483647 with PROP->LIFE for best result
