  75kt limit is just to try and keep major fallout as a nuclear winter won't be bad at that yield, if it was able to do that the tsar bomba would have turned this planet into nuclear europa.

  You get the death sentence when you burn large fields of crops intentionally. not only arson but also causing a famine in the area

  Biological/Chemical/extreme nuclear warfare should also be on this list,although non-dirty atom/h-bombs below 75 kilotons are allowed

  Also to what extant does 'burning crops' apply. like do i get the death sentence for accidentally dropping a matchstick on wild corn out in nowhere or is it just an arson subdivision?
