    @Beatless123 Whole Ducal Prussia (including Kaliningrad (pol. Krlewiec) was directly belonging to Poland, even during Commonwealth.

    It is unlikely that Russia will give away its territories to other countries at all. There is no reason for this.

    Yeah, maybe St. Petersburg would be too much but Karelia and Kola peninsula should definitely be Finnish. Also Japan should get whole Sachalin.
