It generates Caustic, simple enough. The cooling isn't really neccessary, but it can help cool the generated caustic a bit. Try avoiding a huge excess of one reagent, as it would leak into output eventually.

    The vapour only condenses/freezes if cooling is on. The temperature should be kept above 100C at all times.

    it freezes the water vapor before it reacts :/
