i think another thing you schould put on the list:a Limit to the Energy a even theoreticaly wapon is alowed to have,so No research in wapons above that limit,and any data on theorys regarding such wapons have to be destroyed,to secure the safety of the galaxy, because it would Not be nice If somewone who knows how to combine ingame physics and Quantum physics realises that there is a was to build a 5000000 yottawat Kanon. -

assume the missile travels at mach 20, 6860m/s or 24,696km/h, lets round to 25 thousand km/h. with that we get 15.36 hours to cross 384 thousand kilometers. also i dont know how you got 36 years to travel 384 thousand km at mach 1, since mach 1 is 1,224km/h, that gives us ~314 hours to travel 384 thousand kilometers -
