    if they succeed, cool, the aggressor stays under constant monitoring to make sure military power is still neutralized. if they fail, well then get the warp drive and hope you succeed at evacuating

    i thought of making that a possible like "CODE RED" scenario where, hypothetically, civilizations that wish to help could contribute to attempt to neutralize that aggressor

    I got ~36 years to travel the distance to the moon using the value of 340 m/s. Still, mach 20-24 is extremely slow for speeds in a vacuum, and multiplanetary governments can do potentially thousands of times better.
