    it would be very easy to inforce These laws whitout breaking them. hig armored schips whit a Lot of amunition and a req.enougth firepower to destroy a Sistem in the req,and enought armor to stop even a fleet of hundrets im of rangora sv. and enought penetrator warheads and small nukes to abliterate a enemy.
