  I dissagree with "no 45 second limit to make saves" It was added to prevent spam, I dont want any ots spamming 557 saves a second, and who would need to make a save and then another one in less than 45 seconds, they should increase the limit to 1 hour, i absolutley despise spam

  removing the save cooldown is a bad idea, if we do that. bots can spam upload saves
