Added some cool stuff, also, obviously, plutonium bombs will decimate this base but that's the cost of not allowing yourself to use too much shield and not wsanting fake ground, anyways tell me if you have any complaints also Im remaking the reactor

    I recommend to use PSCN instead of HEAC cuz HEAC is unmeltable. Also not bad for the beginner, +1
