    They are emergency warheads, Here are the emergency protocols: Escorth the family to the basements, try to first get to the hidden heli, if that is compromised then they use the hidden tunnel to the caves. Then the milliatry detonate the warheads and make plans for non permanent accomidation for the royalty.
