Fun fact, being too alive is fatal. Basically the spine fires too frequently and that heats him up and he dies.

Sorry not both, just the alveoli stops. The bcln is off once he dies completely. So now his lung muscles stop before the o2 supply is cut off for a more realistic effect

AuricKerg: I tweaked the alveoli function. Before this if he stopped breathing like from anesthesia or brain death the o2 BCLN just turned off. But i made it so both the alveoli and bcln turn off.

i gave him every poison except deut and gave him tons of adrenaline like all of it but even though his internals were destroyed he wa still alive at max health i even erased his brain and he was still alive
