(Ignore the fire, it is for keeping the LIFE level down.) Deuterium oxide is an isotope of hydrogen, and is a coulorless liquid. (deuterium is a flammable gas). Deuterium oxide also is know as 'Heavy Water' due to its taste. (over 5 tbsp is toxic thoug)

it is also slightly reactive to neutron radiation, especially compounds like lithium deuteride -
