i could open it in any Situation. the Gate is a way trhoug it anyway. i also have a question. how is it a closed buble If intersistem empires are in sol and leave it multiple Times a day?

It's a process every civilization must go through. I did it too. If you have war, there will be betrayal. Anyway, the bubble isn't open yet, so trying to cause war will just make me not open it, and leave you trapped in the Oort Cloud Zone.
